I love this little Santa! He is from the ornament kit that Sarafina Fiber Art sells. I already had everything I needed except the glasses so truth be told, I bought the kit just for the tiny spectacles! I know I could order them online but it was a week until Christmas and I hadn't felted
anything Christmas-y yet! So since I was going to be in the area of her shop (for a date night with my hubby!), I just bought the kit so I could squeeze in
one project before the holiday. Plus it's better to shop local, right? :)
He is really easy and quick to make, and super fun!

Also, I wanted to share this little needle felted Christmas Tree "painting" that my 6 year old daughter made (with my assistance) for her Grammy last year. We used a cookie cutter to get the basic shape. Projects like this are easy and satisfying for kids to do, they just need a little patience and to be careful with the sharp needles.
